Privacy Policy

Ovilora is a mobile app for AI image drafting, image refine passes, portrait style transforms, and image analysis. This Privacy Policy explains how Ovilora handles prompt text, selected images, photos that may contain visible facial features, generated outputs, local task history, purchase records, and related support requests.

1. AI Features and Consent

When you start an AI feature in Ovilora, the app processes only the text and images needed for that request. Before Ovilora sends an AI request to Alibaba Cloud DashScope, the app shows an in-app consent prompt the first time AI sharing is needed. If you decline, Ovilora does not send that AI request.

2. Face Photos and Facial Features

If you choose a portrait, selfie, or other reference image for Image Refine, Style Pass, or Image Analysis, that image may contain visible facial features and related appearance information. Ovilora collects only the face data that is already visible in the image you choose to submit.

Ovilora uses that image content only to complete the AI feature you requested, such as generating a style-transformed image, editing your source image, or answering your image-analysis prompt. Ovilora does not extract a face template, biometric identifier, or recognition profile, and Ovilora does not use face data for face recognition, identity verification, or authentication.

3. Information We Collect

  • Prompt text, negative prompts, style selections, and other instructions you enter for an AI request.
  • Selected source images and portrait photos, which may include visible facial features if the image contains a person.
  • Generated outputs, AI response text, image-analysis messages, and related task history.
  • Account and session data such as login state, local preferences, AI consent status, and your saved API configuration.
  • Operational data such as task identifiers, task status, unread counters, export actions, purchase balance, and in-app transaction reconciliation records.
  • Diagnostics and attribution data needed to measure installs, purchase completion, stability, and service reliability.

4. How We Use Information

  • To generate, refine, restyle, analyze, display, and export the AI image results you request.
  • To send your selected prompt text and images to the AI provider only after you have agreed to AI data sharing.
  • To keep local task history, local copies of source images, generated outputs, and saved analysis conversations available on your device when you reopen the app.
  • To deliver render credits, process purchases, investigate failures, answer support requests, and improve app stability.

5. Third-Party Processing and Sharing

Ovilora shares AI request data with Alibaba Cloud DashScope, which acts as Ovilora’s third-party AI processing provider. For AI image generation, image editing, portrait style, and image analysis requests, DashScope receives the prompt text you enter and any image you choose to submit. If the selected image contains a person, the shared data may include visible facial features.

Selected source images are converted on-device and sent directly from the app to DashScope over the network for processing. Ovilora does not operate a separate application server that stores your source face photo for these AI requests. Ovilora may also share limited payment, platform, diagnostics, and attribution data with service providers that support purchases, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and infrastructure delivery.

6. Storage and Retention of AI Photos and Face Data

  • AI consent status is stored locally on your device until you withdraw consent or remove the app.
  • Local task history, local copies of selected source images, generated outputs, and saved image-analysis conversations are stored on your device until you delete the related work, clear app data, or remove the app.
  • Ovilora does not store source face photos on Ovilora-operated servers for these AI requests.
  • DashScope task records and returned image URLs may remain available for up to 24 hours before they expire or are cleared by the provider.
  • Purchase and transaction reconciliation records are retained as long as reasonably necessary to deliver purchased credits, prevent duplicate grants, and meet accounting or anti-fraud obligations.
  • Diagnostics and support materials are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate the issue and respond.

7. Camera and Photo Library Access

Ovilora requests camera access so you can capture a new reference image inside the app, and photo-library access so you can import source images and export generated results. These permissions are used only after you choose the related action.

8. Payments and Credits

Ovilora offers credit-backed render passes through in-app purchases. We process the balance, free-use counters, and transaction reconciliation data needed to deliver purchased credits and prevent duplicate grants.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can withdraw AI data-sharing consent inside the app, delete saved work, clear local app data, or request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data by emailing support@ovilora.com with the subject line Ovilora Privacy Request. If your request relates to purchase records, we may ask for transaction details to verify ownership before acting.

10. Children’s Privacy

Ovilora is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been submitted without verified consent, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Ovilora changes its AI workflow, purchase handling, service providers, or legal obligations. Material changes will be surfaced inside the app before they take effect.
